Logicly provides a cloud-based home health scheduling and patient management platform to help healthcare organizations manage their operations and patient care.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You're responsible for keeping your account secure
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You're responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt our service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our service for illegal or harmful activities
  • Share your account with others

Healthcare Compliance

For healthcare organizations, we serve as a Business Associate under HIPAA. You're responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with all applicable healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.

Your Data

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We may access your data only as necessary to provide our services
  • You're responsible for backing up your data
  • We implement security measures to protect your data

Payment

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Service Availability

We work hard to keep our service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to suspend service for maintenance or technical issues.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We're not liable for any indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
